Red cherry colour of great depth and cardinal coloured shades marked by the optimal ripening conditions of the grape. Dominating aromas of red fruits and wildberries. On the palate mild tannins and a long aftertaste of strawberries and raspberries can be appreciated. Primero, as the name suggests, is the first wine to be elaborated from the first grapes of each year's harvest. The method of preparation used is carbonic maceration, which consists of introducing the grape without pressing in deposits, in a carbon dioxide atmosphere. This technique favours obtaining wines with a great load of aromas and fruit flavours as well as a great intensity of color. It's the greatest exponent of the young wines of Toro, the first wine and the indicator of how the 2010 vintage will be.This carbonic maceration wine has an intense colour and a great load of fruity aromas. The label is of the winning painting of the the annual painting competition of Bodegas Fariña.
